Clinical Psychology Sessions:

• Individual Psychological Therapy Sessions; 1 hour ($230)

• Group Sessions: POA (depends on the length of sessions and content covered

​

 

• Private health fund rebates may apply—you will need to check with your health provider. 

 

These sessions may or may not include Animal Assisted Therapy.

We are happy to work under a Mental Health Care Plan for our therapy sessions when:

​

• You have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.​

​

• You must obtain your referral prior to your first appointment in order to receive Medicare rebates.

​

• With the Mental Health Care Plan, you are entitled to 10 individual sessions and 10 group sessions in a calendar year.​ The rebate for a Clinical Psychologist is $ 130.55.

We are also happy to invoice NDIS for clients

• Individual Psychological Therapy sessions; 1 hour ($230).

​

• Individual Equine Therapy sessions: 1 hour ($230); 1.5 hours ($315).​

​

• Group Sessions: DOA (depends on the length of sessions and content covered).

​

Equine Therapy​

​

• Individual Psychological Therapy sessions; 1 hour ($230).

​

• Individual Equine Therapy sessions: 1 hour ($230); 1.5 hours ($315).​

​

• Group Sessions: DOA (depends on the length of sessions and content covered.

​

Medicare cannot be used for Equine Therapy sessions.

CANCELLATION FEE

​

To ensure that we are able to continue to provide the reduced rate it is important that you let us know as early as possible if you are unable to make your appointment – we will try to book someone else in to cover your appointment time.

​

If we are unable to book someone else into that time slot a non attendance / cancellation fee of $230 will apply as this allows your psychologists to pay for the room rental and other associated costs.

​

This is not covered by Medicare.
